Dr. Barnes graduated from the college of veterinary medicine at Michigan State University in 2003. She is married and has 2 daughters and 3 dogs. She loves to run with her dogs and watch Disney movies with her daughters.

Dr. Darling graduated from Michigan State University in 2015. She completed a post doctorate internship at North Carolina State University. Her niche includes dentistry, surgery and geriatric care. Dr. Darling became an owner at North River Animal Hospital in 2021. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Darling spends time outdoors with her family.

Dr. Doppke graduated from Michigan State University in 2005. She is married and has 2 children. Outside of work she helps out at her children's school and enjoys vegetable gardening in the summer. She really loves camping with her family and is trying to check out new National Parks each year!

Dr. Wright graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She grew up in Iowa, but has lived in Michigan since graduating from veterinary school with her husband, dog, and 4 cats. She has a special interest in feline medicine and behavior. She enjoys working with various rescue organizations and often fosters and bottle feeds orphaned kittens.

Becky graduated from Macomb Community College in 2000 with an associates degree in applied science. She received her certification from the Veterinary Hospital Manager's Association in 2015. Becky lives in China Twp with her husband, 2 daughters, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 horses. She enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family.

My name is Korinne and I graduated from Baker College of Port Huron's Veterinary Technician Program in 2015. I have a Beagle mix named Roe and a cat named Gracie. I love going on adventures with my friends and family!

I graduated from Baker College in June of 2013 with an associates of applied science degree. After working in this field for almost a decade I will say there is still so much to learn. I love how progressive and personal this hospital is. It is a great place to work and bring my 3 cats for their continued health care. One of my favorite changes is the idea and application of 'fear free'. This has greatly improved my life as a licensed veterinary technician as well as our patients experience.

Hillary graduated from Macomb Community College in 2013. She is married and has 3 kids. She has 2 dogs, Obi and Kylo, and 1 cat, Sherlock. In her free time, she loves taking her girls to the park and spending time with her family.

Loren is a graduate of Baker College. She is an accomplished equestrian. Loren enjoys spending time with her 2 cane corsos, cat, and horse. In her free time, she can be found at the barn or hanging out with her friends.

Makayla is a licensed veterinary technician and graduated from Baker College in 2020. She has 2 dogs, a parrot, and lots of chickens. In her spare time, she enjoys concerts, hiking, and road trips.

My name is Shelby and I have wanted to work with animals since I was a little girl. I graduated from Macomb Community College as a licensed veterinary technician in 2022 and I'm ready to help any animal that walks through the door. My furry family includes two long haired cats named Harley and Colby, and a Jack Russell Terrier named Willie.

My name is Kelsie and I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Veterinary Nursing from Michigan State University in 2022. I am married and have a chocolate Labrador Retriever named Brody, a black Labrador Retriever mix named Laker, and a black domestic shorthair named Maverick. When I am not at work, I enjoy going on adventures and watching MSU sports teams with my husband and pets!

Katie is a 2002 graduate from Macomb Community College. She has spent numerous years in animal sheltering and welfare. She has a soft spot for special needs animals and currently has a cleft affected dog who is a certified therapy dog through love on a leash, a three legged dog, a puppy mill rescue with no lower jaw, and a disabled Norwegian Elkhound.

My name is Cheyenne. I graduated from St. Clair Community College. In my free time, I love spending time with my two cats, Nitro and Eevee, and traveling with my husband.

Hannah graduated from SC4 in 2021 with her associates degree and soon after moved to the Port Huron area from Sandusky, MI. She lives with 4 cats and a dog. Hannah enjoys crocheting and spending time with her furry children!

My name is Shantel. I started at North River Animal Hospital in November of 2017. I have a Pitbull named Daisy and a long haired orange cat named Penelope whom I love dearly! I also have a horse named Secret. After hours, you can see me at a horse show or at the barn!

Erin graduated from Ross Medical as an AVA. As a child growing up in Florida, I was always trying to help small critters I found outside, including a stray tortie kitten that I was technically allergic to. That didn't stop me from working with animals or building up my fur family!

Brianna graduated from Ross Medical as an AVA and can be found helping any pet that comes in or up front in reception. Outside of work she is very busy with 5 children, 2 dogs, 5 cats, a turtle, and a hamster. She enjoys spending time outside with her family and playing softball.

My name is Emilee and I graduated from SC4 with my Associates of Applied Science in 2021. I have 3 cats named Sugar, Tadpole, and Quartz. I also have a dog named Rylee, and a horse named Valley. I love to read in my free time and I play Dungeons and Dragons every week.

My name is Raven and I graduated from Pine River High School and took a year of classes all about animals at Baker College. I have 2 kitties, Fuji and Macintosh! I have always loved animals and am always ready to help an animal in need!

My name is Courtney. I have been in the Veterinary Field since 2010. I am from Romeo, Michigan. I have a love for my English Springer Spaniels. My hobbies include cooking, canning, hiking, and farming.

My name is Abby. I have always loved being around animals and knew I wanted to work with them and help them. My parents have two german shorthaired pointers named Udo and Dobby. They are very sweet and love to run around and be silly. In my free time I enjoy playing card games with my husband and spending time with family.

Angel has been with North River for over 10 years. She is adored by all and loves giving cuddles. She spends her time lounging around, visiting patients, and begging for food. Angel has her moments where she can be sassy, but in reality who doesn’t. She always makes up for it with snuggles at the end of the day.
